Massage your face
Massaging your face decreases fine lines and also lift up your face.
Honestly speaking, who doesn’t enjoy a good massage? Your body and mind feel relaxing and calm throughout the process.
Give your face a good massage to improves blood circulation and relaxes your face muscles. In result, your face is brighter and glowing. It also reduces signs of aging and removes puffiness on your face.

Next, use your palm and massage your cheek area. Use your palm to wrap your cheek and gently massage by lifting your cheek area upward. After that, gently lift your forehead upwards as well. Repeat this five times as well.
Lastly, wrap your face with your palm and lift your face all the way up.
Here are some quick tips for massaging your face. First, the direction of your face massage should always go upwards. Never massage your face with downward strokes.
Secondly, always be gentle on your eye area. Your eye area is the most delicate part of your entire face. Make sure you do it as lightly as you could. On the other hand, massage your jaw area with more pressure. Your jaw area developed more muscles cause of eating and talking. So you definitely need to use more strength to massage and relax those muscles.

V mask
V mask trend is huge in Asia. The trend started in Korea, and now most countries in Asia. Korean have high and strict standards for beauty. They certainly believe that small face and V line jaws are very attractive. Many willing to take plastic surgery to change their appearance. In fact, jawline surgery is one of the most popular procedures.
With that being said, it made perfect sense when big companies launched the V mask specifically for a face-lift. It was created to tighten and sculpt your face without surgery.

I remember the girls from the news trying to make their performance on stage to be the best in every aspect. Therefore, they were using a chopstick to practice their smiles. Their smiles will be identical and symmetrical by using a chopstick.
First of all, you need to get a pair of chopstick that is evenly shaped. Both sides should be equal. Secondly, put the chopstick on the back of your teeth(molar teeth) and lightly bite it. Hold the chopstick there for 10-15 seconds and repeat this set 3 times. You can do this while watching tv or reading.
This exercise takes time to see the result, but stick through the whole process. Your hard work will pay off and you will definitely see the result after a month.
You are retraining and correcting your face muscle. We all develop all different kinds of habits in our life. Your face muscles are trained based on your daily habits. Perhaps the way you chew, talk or sleeping. Our face becomes unsymmetrical due to those habits. This exercise is here to help you to correct your face muscles and movements. As a result, your face appeared smaller and more symmetrical.
Rubberband trick
This is one quick trick that will lift and depuff your face in the morning. It gives you a sharp and firm in ten minutes.

Face Exercise
Start doing some face yoga. There are tons of face exercise you can find online. My absolute favorite is A E I O U method.
Basically, you just have to imagine you are speaking those vowels. It’s absolutely fine if you speak without your voice. However, make sure you are exercising your face muscles in the best way possible. For instance, when you speak A, open your mouth as if you are about to swallow a huge cheeseburger.
The best part about the exercise is you don’t need any tool and you can do it whenever you want. It relaxes your face muscles especially those around your jaws.
Repeat the exercise ten times every day. You will get rid of those unwanted fats on your face and tone your facial muscles.
Contouring And Highlighting
The most effortless way for people to achieve the perfect face shape.
First of all, you’ll need to determine your face shape. The common face shapes including heart, diamond, round and square.
Next, find out the contour shade that works for you. Pick a shade that is slightly darker than your skin tone. If you are a beginner, try to use a foundation that is slightly darker.
Foundation comes with a wider range of shades, it’s more likely you get the perfect shade for your skin tone. Furthermore, foundations are easier to blend compared to cream contour. Using a foundation as contour also gives you a more natural finish so you don’t have to worry about your contour looking harsh.
In recent years, highlighting or strobing has taken over the beauty world. If contouring is not your cup of tea, try strobing instead. It is plain and simple. Look into the mirror, and highlight the high point of your face. From your cheekbones to your cupid bows, make sure they are shining like a diamond. It also makes you look like your skin are glowing from within.
